The HK-0103 Polymer-Containing Oil Shear Stability Tester (Diesel Nozzle Method) meets the requirements of test methods SH/T 0103 and ASTM D6278. It is suitable for determining the shear stability of polymer-containing oils using the diesel nozzle method, specifically measuring the kinematic viscosity loss of polymer-containing oils at 100℃ with a European diesel nozzle tester. The viscosity loss reflects the degradation degree of the polymer under the shearing action of the nozzle.
The accuracy of testing standard samples with this instrument is ≥98%. For the detection method, conduct a test using the standard oil provided by the manufacturer, and the viscosity drop value shall be between 2.75 and 2.85.
The difference between two test results obtained by the same operator, using the same instrument and testing the same sample under the same operating conditions, shall not exceed 1.05%.
The nozzle used in the instrument is an imported Bosch DN8S2 type needle bolt nozzle from Germany.
Diesel dual-plunger injection pump: imported Bosch PE2A90 from Germany.
Equipped with a time relay to control the working time of the diesel dual-plunger injection pump.
Users can optionally equip a low-temperature circulating water cooling system according to their needs, with the temperature range of ±5℃.
