Overview

    HK-3554 Petroleum wax Oil Content tester, in compliance with the requirements of GB/T 3554 and ASTM D721 test methods, is suitable for the determination of oil content in petroleum wax with a freezing point above 30℃ and an oil content of less than 15%.

Functional features

1 The instrument consists of two parts: a constant temperature cold bath and an evaporation device. It features a 4-hole design and can conduct four experiments simultaneously

2 The constant temperature cold bath adopts imported compressors for refrigeration. The upper cover is equipped with 4 sets of brass metal closed sleeves, which are tubular immersion liquid filter tubes for cooling

3 The evaporation device is equipped with a thickened high-permeability air chamber, which maintains a higher temperature, facilitates observation, and makes it convenient to open the door for loading and unloading the weighing bottle

4 The evaporation device adopts a sliding rail type lifting, which is convenient for controlling the position of the stainless steel nozzle in the weighing bottle

5 The instrument is equipped with 1 set of timers and 4 sets of high-precision flow meters
