Overview

     The HK-446A automatic paraffin stability tester complies with the requirements of GB/T 446-2023 "Fully Refined Paraffin - Appendix A Test Method for Paraffin Stability". The molten paraffin sample is loaded into the quartz sample dish, and the surface of the sample is blown by circulating air. Under certain temperature conditions, it is irradiated with ultraviolet light for a certain period of time. The Saybolt color of the sample is determined to characterize the stability of the sample.

Functional features

1   A circulating fan is installed inside the constant temperature irradiation chamber to regulate the gas circulation, ensuring a uniform temperature field and a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃

2 The instrument is equipped with a quiet (4 ~ 6)r/min rotation device, a 365nm ultraviolet LED lamp, and an ultraviolet illuminance meter

3 Equipped with a high-pixel camera, it can display the status of the constant-temperature irradiation room in real time

4 The 10-inch high-definition touch screen displays various test parameters. The results can be stored, exported via USB, and queried, etc

5 The instrument automatically maintains a constant temperature and illuminance, and automatically time. When the time is up, it will automatically stop the test and give an alarm prompt
