HK-0732 automatic gel index tester complies with SH/T 0732-2004 "Determination of the Relationship between Viscosity and Temperature of Lubricating Oil at Low Temperature and Low Shear Rate (Temperature Scanning Method)", GB/T 11145 "Determination of Viscosity of Lubricants at Low Temperature - Broxfert viscometer Method", ASTM D5133 In accordance with the requirements of ASTM D2983, it is applicable to the determination of the Brinell viscosity, apparent viscosity, gel index and gel index temperature of engine oil at low temperatures. One instrument can conduct multiple tests.
Features
1. The viscometer transmits data in real time to the touch screen, where the viscosity, gel index, gel index temperature and other results are automatically calculated and displayed
2 The instrument adopts a liquid bath that meets standards, with a more uniform temperature field than a metal bath. It automatically cools down according to the standard process. The test process can be observed through a window, which is equipped with an automatic defrosting function
3 The instrument is equipped with a professional lifting mechanism to automatically and stably raise and lower the viscometer
4 High-precision test tube stator, in combination with rotor, ensures accurate results
