Overview
The HK-42A Density Meter Verification Apparatus (static weighing method) complies with the relevant requirements of JJG 42 and JJG 86 verification regulations. It is applicable to the initial verification, subsequent verification and in-service verification of mass-fixed working glass hydrometers, including density meters, petroleum density meters, alcoholometers, saccharimeters, lactometers and soil hydrometers.
Based on Archimedes' principle, the apparatus determines the immersed volume of the glass hydrometer by weighing the buoyancy acting on the hydrometer immersed in liquid under stable conditions, and calculates the density value at the corresponding scale point to provide the correction value for users. Operators only need to hang the hydrometer; the apparatus will automatically complete the whole verification process and generate verification point reports.
Features
1.Equipped with high-precision refrigeration constant temperature water bath and customized double-layer thickened glass verification cylinder, realizing highly stable temperature field.
2.Fitted with an all-in-one PC to display the whole verification process in real time. Built-in verification algorithm program can automatically inquire the surface tension of different liquids and complete calculation.
3.Adopts silent micron-level high-precision high-torque lifting mechanism to automatically adjust the position of liquid level and verification points.
4.Equipped with high-definition camera and LED auxiliary lighting to clearly align the scale lines of density meters and read verification points.
5.Configured with imported analytical balance, high-precision temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure sensors, as well as PT100 temperature sensor, ensuring accurate data acquisition and convenient disassembly and verification.
6.Supplied with density weights and liquid density measurement program for automatic liquid density calibration.
7.Relative expanded uncertainty of solid reference: (2～3)×10⁻⁵ (k=2).
8.The apparatus can automatically weigh the hydrometer mass, locate verification points and calculate correction values. It supports conversion of various hydrometers such as alcoholometer, soil hydrometer, Baume meter and saccharimeter, with automatic data storage and query function.
9.Equipped with a printer to support customized record and certificate templates.
