Overview

  HK-0087 HK-0087 Apparatus for Cavitation Corrosion and Erosion-Corrosion Characteristics conforms to ASTM D2809 Standard Test Method for Cavitation Corrosion and Erosion-Corrosion Characteristics of Aluminum with Engine Coolants. This apparatus is used to evalute the cavitation corrosion and erosion-corrosion characteristics of aluminum automotive water pumps with coolants.


Features

  1. Imported VVVF control the pump revolution speed:4600±100r/min

  2. Rod electric heater, stainless steel material to make evenly heat

  3. There is a pressure soensor on the storage tank, one thermometer port for temperature calibrattion

  4. Stainless steel expansion chamber

  5. REgulator controls the liquid flow rate

  6. All stainless steel circulating pipeline

  7. Micro computer temperature controller, digital display, accurate to ±1℃, PT100 sensor.

  8. Apparatus will keep the pressure at 103±3kPa automatically

  9. Digital timer to record the test time, with alarm function
