    Overview

       HK-0074 Thin Film Oxygen Uptake Tester (TFOUT) conforms to ASTM D4742 Standard Test Method for Oxidation Stability of Gasoline Automotive Engine Oils by Thin-Film Uptake (TFOUT).It valuates the oxidation stability of engine oils for gasoline automotive engines.This test,run at 160,utilizes a high pressure reactor pressurized with oxygen along with a metal catalyst package a fuel catalyst,and water in a partial simulation of the conditions to which an oil may be subjected in a gasoline combustion engine.This test method can be used for engine oils with viscosity in the range from 4 mm2/s to 21 mm2/s (cSt) at 100,including re-refined oils


    Features

    1. The tester consists of motor,coupling,wheel gear,bomb bracket,bombs,heater,temperature controller,LCD and pressure transmitters.

    2. We equip free rotated directing transmitter for the bomb,can transfer signal accurately with long operation life.

    3. The tester equips with overflow port and oil outlet.The bombs rotate with low noise

    4. The tester are equipped with 4 pressure transmitters and two baths

    5. LED control with easy operation,real time pressure and testing curve can be shown on the LED directly.The tester can calculate final result and print it.User can also inquiry the historical test data on the LED.
