Overview


  The HK-7545 Middle Distillate Fuel Oxidation Stability Tester, a fast and compact oxidation tester, meets the requirements of ASTM D7525, ASTM D7545 and EN 16091,

IP 595 test methods. It can be used as an indicator of the oxidation and storage stability of middle-distillate fuels for the induction period under specified conditions, can

study fuel oxidation, and can be used to test the oxidization of spark ignition fuels, diesel fuels ranging from pure diesel fuel (B0) and diesel/FAME (fatty acid methyl ester)

blends (B-B99) to pure biodiesel (B100), as well as performing stability tests on fuel oils. Only 5mL of sample is required, making it ideal for testing expensive antioxidants.

Highly accurate results can be obtained in a fraction of the time compared to other oxidative stability test methods, ensuring the highest level of user safety regardless of

sample type.


Functional features


1. The unit consists of an oxidizing pressure vessel containing the test sample cups which can be rapidly heated.


2. Semiconductor cooling fan to rapidly reduce the pressure vessel to room temperature by means of air flow.


3. Extremely fine stainless steel piping, with the help of high-temperature and high-pressure solenoid valves, flow-limiting valves to achieve a rapid specified flow rate of

oxygen filling and discharging


4. Equipped with safety insulation heat shield, high pressure relief valve, automatic pressure relief device to ensure the safety of the experiment.


5. Touch screen operation, display pressure, temperature parameters, curve, oxidation time and other data


6. Improved energy efficiency, up to 20 times shorter reaction time, thereby improving the overall energy efficiency of the chemical process


7. No chemicals other than alcohol are required for cleaning, no reagents are consumed, and no chemicals are needed for sample preparation.
